Hari om. i am impressed by the great saint of guruvayurappan poontanam swamigal. he says in his njanapana – unnikrishnan manasil kilokambol unnikkal mattum venumo makkalai. Swamiji i dont have any kids for the past 7 years. though many in my family have spoken to me abt this my mind is not in for this. we have seen our father suffer without job when we were young. This fear and now these words of poontanam swamiji makes me think like this. pls advise me as to whether my thinking is right or wrong. 2 days back i was in guruvayur, my relative took me to the melsanthi of guruvayur who said that i shud be with my wife in guruvayur for bhajanam for 3 days. i am telling openly swamiji if it all i get a child it shub with out physical contact with my wife. but is that possible . i want a child by gods blessings. my mind is confused and at the same trusting guruvayurappan. pls advise me

Dear Narayanan,
If you and your wife are emotionally weak, the philosophy will not help you in the initial stage, because the emotional mind always compares and thinks about what we don’t have. But you both are able to engage your minds in the higher spiritual experience; then you will never have a regret because such a person will consider God as every thing for him. With this positive attitude, take proper medical advice also.
