Dear Rajagopalji,
Creating fear is not the way our religion works. It is based on developing divine love towards the Lord and thus for the entire creation.
As a dog attacks a fearful person, the fear in your mind can invoke the criminal in the other person.
But a fearless, courageous, loving person emanates peace around him/her and makes others loving too.
Only love can transform minds.
