Dear Aravind,
It is quite natural at your young age. But I really appreciate your self understanding. Usually children of your age would not even admit it.
Mind is wandering by nature. You can still it only through regular Sadhana and meditation. You need to take Sathwik food, proper rest and attend Satsangs too.
Listen to Gitanubhoothi CD early in the morning.
Slowly, but definitely you will develop mental peace and intellectual clarity.
My blessings are with you,
HariOm!
