Dear Visalakshyji,
A balanced brain implies a balanced life. When you are too much inclined to action and has no mental rest for introspection, that will exhaust you.
Do every work as enjoyable as you can and do not overload yourself.
Then you can enjoy your career and life. Sadhana and Satsang will help you reach that balance.
HariOm!
