Swamiji, is a guru(mission) must for practicing meditation? is it compulsory that we should practice meditation in early morning?

You can not learn any thing without a Guru. Even a book serves as a Guru.
You can do meditation by listening to Gitanubhuthi CD in a low volume with closed eyes.
