pranamam swamiji, i would like to thank you for your visit to mettuguda for the bhagavad sapthaham, it was the first time i was seeing as well as listening to your discourse, i am blessed that i could attend all the days, i have never meditated before, whenever i tried doing it my mind used to move around different happenings around me, but after listening to your discourse i have started doing pranayama and meditation. hope to attend more of your sapthaham/ satsang. once again thank you.
