Swamiji, I chant Lord krishna’s name all the time even when I am doing any job and I listen on the ipad your lectures on bhagawatam and bhagwat gita all the time, but when you say that chanting vishnu sahasra namam is good, it is hard for me to remember each phase and I am trying to concentrate more on the words for memorization. What should I do?

Dear Geethaji,
With practice, you can memorize it.
If you chant Sahasra Namam with concentration and devotion once, you can notice the shift in energy.
(You can chant other Namams also).
