Pranam Swamiji, In Sthotras, Vishnu is represented as PANCHAYUDHA DHARAN. But normally we see pictures only with three of them in hands (without bow & sword). Why is this different representation? Further, lotus flower is in one hand. What is its special significance? Peetha vastra denote what? Again, in the temple at my place, the “mundu” for the diety is white manmal mundu. Does this have any significance? Spiritually yours, Hari Om

Lotus is the flower that rises above the mud where it stems from.
It is never stained. Similarly our mind should always look towards the Lord.
Yellow colour denotes wisdom.
HariOhm!
