how can we control anger? what are the after effects of being anger? But is there a situation in life that he/she should be never angry or should not be angry in any situation?

You cannot define any situation like that, as per your impressions you will respond positively or negatively.
But if you can purify your mind from the impressions, you will be free from anger naturally.
Sadhana and Satsang will help you in this.
