Dear Ramaswamy,
In reality Atma has no form; it is beyond form. So you can not imagine any particular spot for God. Even you the imaginer, the meditator could imagine or meditate because of HIS grace. But for the beginners, you can concentrate on the mid point between your eye brows called ‘Bhroomadhya’ or in your heart.
