Dear Swamiji What is the benefit of chanting without understanding the meaning. I see several people chanting Sahasranamam and Gayatri, probably without understanding the meaning.

Unless one listens and attends Satsangs, one can’t involve deeply in what one does.
That is why all Masters are insisting on Satsangs.
Study, that alone takes away our ignorance.
