i am regularly watching your programme at 5-45 AM. One thing i could not get clarify. We should not ask anything to GOD. However, when i read Narayaneeyam, Battathiri had prayed Krishna to get rid of his disease. i feel this is also asking God something.

If you understand God is your root and source of existence, then won’t you try to experience God rather than asking any thing?
Understand scientifically and evolve gracefully, that alone gives you strength and courage.
Such people will never ask for any thing.
