Dear Swami Ji, How does one exhaust their ‘vasanas’? Unpredicted circumstances bring out the true nature of the ‘little self’; and after that wonder “Oh my God! where did that come from?” It is, not only, in this life but also ‘poorva janma vasanas’ that are embedded in us. So, how are we ever going to change those into good ‘samskara’? Thank you Swami Ji.

Dear Vidyaji,
You are right. Our Vasanas are mysterious to ourselves and cause a wonder in us.
Only through meditation we can purify our mind.
Do regular Sadhana and see the change in yourself.
HariOm!
