Swamiji, i am 62. i had lived well but without much easwara chinthana. now i feel that i had spent major portion of my life without cultivating any thing which are essesntial for the same. whenver i try to meditate by concentrating on my breath, my mind flies away. i am not able to do it even for few minutes senility is also slowly sets in. i begin to forget a lot, please help me swamiji

It is not the quantity, but the quality of time spent in Sadhana and meditation that determines your progress.
So, listen to our discourses and listen to Githanubhuthi CD in a meditative manner.
Read Geetha, especially second chapter.
In a very short time, you can notice the inner transformation.
