During the meditation, the mind some times, becomes thoughtless. How long to continue in that state? Though I can meditate, still I get some times disturbed when I do not get what I think I deserve.

Dear Gopinathanji,
When you do not give too much importance to your thoughts, it will not bother you.
With regular mediation you will transcend even the desire for ‘good’ as good and bad are like two sides of a coin.
What we need to achieve is a balanced mind which remains unshakeable in all situations.
