Poojya Swamiji, Pranamam. We used to curse our children out of anger and later repends on it. Will all these haunt them in future. What remedy can we take to dilute it? Will you give us your valuable “upadesh” which will be solace for us.

Dear Unni,
When you scold your children, when they commit any mistakes, you may be happy that you have communicated some message. But in their mind, you sow the seeds of hatred. Though they do not express their hatred at that time, when they grow up, these seeds will sprout and grow. At that time, they will either avoid or show too much cruelty to you. So even if they commit mistakes tell them politely the consequence of the mistakes. Never allow your mind to overpower with anger.
