Dear Swamiji.. Every enlightened people are talking about the importance of focusing inwards. But normally when I am alone most of the thoughts coming out of my mind is negative, “you are not happy”, “you need company”..Etc etc . So who is creating all this thoughts, if my soul and divine is same, why divine should create such thoughts? Thanks and Regards Dhyan

In deep meditation when you are experiencing the Divine, are there any disturbing thoughts?
So, understand, an idle mind is devil’s workshop.
Engage yourself creatively and live wisely.
