While praying god with Vishnu Sahasranamam I am unable to keep the image of Lord Krishna in mind throughout, despite repeated attempts.. Occasionally mind is wandering. To arrest this trend what should I do.

You need not worry about it as the worry will not allow your mind to be peaceful.
Just relax and be natural because divinity is not some thing external, but your own nature.
