Respected Swamiji, Iam one the members who has opted 2 room apartment in your Bhagwatam Village Trust jointly with my wife SONAL.M.JOSHI Recently i have received a demand notice to pay additional Rs.4 lakhs if i want to get the apartment allotted by your trust during May 2013. This amounts to breach of trust and contract where in from very beginning the amount fixed was Rs.6 lakhs and which was duly paid in time. Now after so much delay your demanding 65% more on the pretext that the cost has inflated does not reflect what you are preaching from Ramayana and Mahabharat, Bhagwad Geeta Ramayana says : PRAAN JAYA PAR VACHAN NA JAYA, Your trust vachana was allotment of 2 room apartments at Rs.6 lakhs and siting various reasons demanding additional Rs.4 lakhs is proving otherwise. Bhagwad Geeta preaches DY YOUR DUTY SINCERELY AND LET THE RESULTS BE IN GOD’S HANDS, whereas even before the completion of your duty you have started demanding UNDUE UNAUTHORIZED “pratifalam”. This does not suit your noble profession as Preacher. This view is just not mine alone but from several other members who had joined in good faith with your endevour.
