swamiji, if destiny of human beings predestined i.e. the time of your death and major happenings of your life is already set, what is the use of prayer since nothing can be changed?

At the level of body, does any one have freedom?
Do we have any control over the vital body functions?
But we have freedom with our mind and how it responds to events in life.
Here prayer means a devotional and grateful mind which attracts positive events and solutions to it.
