Pranam Swamiji, Why Sri Shuka is represented as parrot headed? What its means that he was in womb for 12 years? Hari Om
Posted by Anandakuttan on May 10, 2013
It is symbolic, as a parrot takes only the ripe and sweet fruit, Sree Suka takes only the essence or nectar of our Scriptures and explains it.
The twelve years in womb means the life in the womb of Knowledge which made him wise.
HariOm!
