Swamiji Pranamam, My elder daughter doing her MBBS is again in a depressed state of mind. She is not able to get along with her room mate and her other friends. She forces me to stay with her outside hostel which is not possible for me now.She is very soft in nature and never say no to anything or question anybody though she cannot agree with their ideas finally she gets depressed .I advised her to do meditation and breathing exercises but she doesn’t practice regularly.Since I am too much engaged in my daily routine and since she is not listening to me, sometimes I avoid her calls as I have to listen to her same problems though her state of mind disturbs me too.Can you give me some advices so that she practices meditation and other sadhana every day.Kindly write to me so that I shall forward it to her. Thanking you. Pranamam.

Dear Rekhaji,
You have to tell her that her life is her choice. How she uses her mind decides her destiny.
Only she can transform her mind and help herself.
