Pranam, Sir, In Gita lot of emphasis has been given for a sthithaprajna person, but unfortunately no one is teaching practically how to live the life of a sthithaprajna. Now in all religion only talk is left and no practical. If we here a lesson on driving for 40 years and no driving lesson practically how can we drive, same way listening to swimming lectures for 40 years and no practical then how can one swim? Same is the story in meditation and spirituality, no one give practical training, but only lectures. Only vipassana meditation offer practical training. after groping in darkness for many years in different ashram and studying scriptures, when i joined vipassana meditation it was really an eye opener for me. Every one should try it at least ones. with regard

Dear Kirathanji,
There are many Ashrams (for example, Art of Living) that give practical sessions in meditation.
Understand, every mind is different and hence a method suitable for one may not be satisfying for another.
So, Budha, Paramahamsar (and so on) gave different meditations for disciples.
You can follow the path that gives happiness to you.
All paths lead to the same goal.
HariOm!
