Why do we hurt when we get attached to someone even tho there is no expectations.. Is it wrong if we love a person without expectations?? Why is it said that the one with whom we are attached to goes away from us.. without attachments how can we do anything out of love? What is true love.. is it wrong truly loving a person? one more question is If one is having an extra marital affair but there is no expectations at all.. I mean if a married person loves an another married person but they fulfill their duties and responsibilities towards their family then is it wrong having such unconditional love with another person??? Why it should be wrong as they would be not harming anyone or any wrong doing.. THese are the questions which confuses me so pls explain swamiji..

When our mind is weak we justify our problems, but if we are strong we will discover the real reason for our misery.
It is not said that attachment is wrong but we should understand that you yourself can’t permanently attach with any one. So let us develop inner strength through meditation, that will help you to develop power of “acceptance”.
Then you will never suffer because of others.
