Pranamam swamiji, i am a regular listener of your discourse in tv. it brought change in my thoughts about God,temple,worship..etc.. now i started reading geetha. earlier when i try to read geetha i didnt understand it, but now after hearing your discourse i can understand it… but i have a doubt, a lot of doubts really, but want to clear this one first.. in geetha it is said that do your work without expecting result. also you always says take everything as bhagaval prasadham.. but how it is possible for a normal human? or how can we achieve that level? i am a student. i am preparing for exam with the expectation of good marks..so how can i prepare for exam without expecting any result? kindly clear my doubt… and guide me…

Gita never propagates the message that “we should not expect result rather insists us to expect good result.
However, mere expectation won’t give positive results; for that you need very strong intellect (memory) and a very relaxed mind.
To develop these, please practise deep breathing exercises and chant very long “AUM ” and see the difference.
When result comes, accept it with a positive mind and improve more and more with a strong mind.
Hariom!
