Swamiji, If nature has the power to influence the mind, how can one use the freedom of his mind to overcome situations(become unaffected)?
Posted by Ramya on August 1, 2013
When the sky is dark and clouded, what do you feel?
When it rains heavily what do you feel?
When the Sun sets, what do you feel?
And, when the Sun shines so brightly what to do you feel?
So nature can affect the mind attached to the body.
But when your mind is filled with the constant remembrance of the Lord, you are unaffected by external nature.
Japam, Sadhana etc will help you there.
