Respected Swamiji, I regularly listen to Bhaghavatamritam. I am a female , 55years old., a self employed teacher.I believe in Karmayoga.I do not follow any ritual. This is because I have seen most of the devotees doing poojas and other rituals to satisfy their selfish needs, without understanding the principle behind it.l.I do not even pray.,I am not an Atheist.I believe in the Universal intelligence, which is my concept of god.I am quite satisfied with my life. Dear Rema,
Every action increases the mental power when it is done with an intense motive.
But it can help you temporarily only. However, the spiritual energy, though it seems to be weak, with the regular practice, will help us to win our own mind as well as others’ minds!
Even though Ravana had all resources, still Rama could win the war because the more powerful (externally) negative mind could not with stand a positive mind.
