I have started to listen Bhagavathamrutam in Asianet daily. Actually, now only I am getting some knowledge in the Bhagvatham. Earlier I was only knowing some of the stories in it. I really feel I have wasted my many years without achieving the goal of life. Please guide me how to elevate my mind gradually. Shall I get guidance from you to get in to the correct track?

Dear Anish,
There are five methods to bring the mind to into a balanced state.
1) Pranayam
2) Japam
3) Meditation
4) Positive attitude towards the day-to-day events
5) Expression of happiness, love and service
You can win and transcend the mind!
Lord Krishna in Bhagavath Gita emphasizes that only a balanced mind can attain and experience the Supreme Truth.
