panama swamiji, i have recently listen to one of the mind management speech in that he spoke abt mind is divided into two.one is consciousness and the other is subconsciousness.can u pls give me clarity in depth.

Conscious mind is what appears to know and express through the senses (outermost mind)
Subconscious mind is the deeper level of mind where impressions are stored.
In fact, it is the same mind, but the various states you experience.
