Swamiji Namasthe, One of my friend given me one bead of 6 mukhi rudraksha. Can i wear it or is there any other restrictions for it. Presently am working abroad so can’t take the same to temple and take pooja.. Seeking your advise Hari om

You need not go to a temple, but after taking bath and lighting lamp, you can start wearing it.
Do not consume non – veg while wearing it.
What qualifies you to wear Rudraksham is a pure mind.
