Lust means the desire to possess and experience some materialistic thing. It can be part of attraction towards opposite sex too.
Anger is the reaction to missing such an opportunity or losing what you already got.
Both grow fast in an imaginative mind. A mind focussed in the present moment is not vulnerable to these enemies.
