Dear Swamiji I haven’t received replies to my 2 emails i sent to you.Presume you may be travelling or very busy. Swamiji, why are people so thankless. They care and love the person till they get what they want and the next moment they forget.it hurts to see. Even in the family when something is done with so much love and care they take it for granted.i know I shouldnt expect anything but am a human being.

Dear Rema,
The whole world lives in expectation from others – love, care, sharing etc.
When their expectations and your expectations contradict, then your mind will get disturbed.
So, learn to live life to express as per the expectations of others and you should expect only from God and whatever HE gives, take it as HIS gift.
This will give mental peace.
