Pranamam Swami, 1) Please define me the Yama & Niyama. 2) Due to constant chanting of the divine names now am able to concentrate way too than before. Whenever i get time if am not doing any work I would chant hanuman chalisa and now am able to face all problems in my life with a smile believing it to be my karmaphalam. One problem is that sometimes I fall asleep while am meditating. How can I stop this? While sitting in the bus going to office it takes half an hour to reach. During that time I close my eyes and would chant “Om Namah Shivaya”. After this when i open my eyes I see my destination stop only. 3) Whenever I listen an Animal crying it bring tears in my eyes no matter how much I try to deviate my mind. But if i see a human crying am unshakable towards their feeling as if it doen’t concerns me. Can you tell why is that so?

Practice makes man perfect.
Please don’t look back, start your day as if you do some thing new.
Curiosity and enthusiasm are two things for self transformation.
You may feel more sympathy for animals because they are enslaved by man and do not have the freedom we enjoy.
HariOm!
