Is there any re-birth?If there is, how can we know that?

Rebirth is experienced in your daily life.
When you sleep your detach from the bodily experiences and mind moves to some other experience which we call dream state.
If your mind can detach from one experience ( body) and entertain some other experience then the same mind can move from one body to the next.
So rebirth means journey of mind through different bodies.
