Hari om,swamiji.i have doubt, u always mention that god has not created this universe and it is self existing.so what is the reason for this universe existence.it is said that before our minds took the shape of body, all things including mind was merged in god.so if it was already in merged in conciousness state, then why mind came down to the level of rebirt.so in this case even if i practise to uplift my mind and get liberation what is the guarantee that my mind will again not fall down from the liberated state i.e merged in conciousness state.if this is all gods leela- why does god play such leela where he sits peacefully and watches while our minds goes throught ups and downs of life.thank you swamiji.

Which means you never look up on your existence, but you are the existence we call sanatana.
Now do you want a joyful existence or disturbed existence?
Yes, if you connect with the infinite existence in you through meditation you will develop freedom from worries, tensions and all depressions.
Otherwise your mind will exist with sufferings and problems.
