swamiji….. I lost my job and now i am very tensed.E very morning I wake up with a tension mood. H ow can I overcome this situation.

When you lose one job other is waiting for you; but to get that your mind has to connect with that.
If you want to climb the top of a hill you have to lose ( leave) the bottom side of that hill and continuously you have to walk.
In the same way practise meditation and search for a job; you will get a very good job within a short time provided you have a very positive mind.
