While learning Upanishads from a real guru one will understand how precious is our sananadana dharmam. I feel great that I ve got the opportunity to learn the vedanta and Gita from chinmaya mission.But sad part is that most people do not take the effort to know about this , they just think spirituality is for oldage group! I have done diploma in counselling and psychotherapy. but once I came to understand GITA, I realise there is nothing more than what Lord Krishna has taught us more than 5000 years ago.I am grateful to you swamiji..Hariom!
