Can we say Brahmam/Consciousness is raw in its begnning and it itself need self refinement to jeevan mukthi? Otherwise how a birth on the Jagath attain negative ‘gunas’ if it is prefect and complete when born?

Brahmam is ‘Anadi’ and changeless like an ocean. The waves only rise, exist and subside in the vast ocean while the ocean remains the same.
How one attains the Gunas need not be known to us, but how we can attain the ‘Nirguna’ Supreme is shown by our great Masters.
It is upto us to decide, how to spend the very limited time given to us in this human birth.
