Pranam Swamiji, Pls let me know What are Gunas (Satwa,Rajas &Thamas) i too agree that they are very difficult to attain but can u pls give a solution to attain Nirguna & how it is possible.Pls help me am a seeker & want to follow

Thamas means lethargy and laziness; Rajas means activity and Satwa means goodness and nobility.
We experience all these Gunas in our day-to-day life.
Bhagavan is called Nirguna as He is not bound by any gunas.
You can not truly attain Him (as He is not separate from you), but dissolve into Him as your ego surrenders and dissolves.
