Dear Swamiji As u said, that we have to face our karmaphalam and no used of blaming others for our bad situation. Then Swamiji,we need help and strength to face our bad situation and also pray god to help us in getting what we desire.it would be just a simple desire to be happy. So is it that praying god to help us and expecting that god will help me to get what I desire…is this wrong.whose support should I seek in helping me my desires.is it just that I myself should try to uplift my mind towards god and he has no role in helping me if I am in pain and sorrow. As when we are in pain and sorrowful situation our only aim is to get out of it in any manner,at that time we don’t think of uplifting our mind.please reply Swamiji.

Dear Swapnaji,
We have to realize the true power of our mind (that is, our thoughts).
Understand, we are blessed with cursing power (Shapa Shakthi) and blessing power (Anugraha Shakthi).
When we blame ourselves and others, we are using this ‘Shapa Shakthi’.
There is only one remedy to uplift ourselves and others – that is using our ‘Anugraha Shakthi’.
When people hurt us, they are using their negative energy.
We have to use our positive energy to overcome this, then only we can influence their minds and bring a positive change.
So, with a heart full of love, say silently, “May the Lord fill your heart with joy and peace so that you spread the fragrance of love”.
This Anugraham will bring peace to them and yourself.
All seekers have this power to bless the world. Let us all use this Anugraha Shakthi to elevate all minds.
