dear swamiji, I have asked you some basic questions before also and was very happy to find your guidance. Though I got a very religious atmosphere from childhood with essence of spirituality from my father but after marriage it was quite opposite. Though I got enough support from Lord krishna still have to struggle a lot for my self esteem. Few years back I did few courses from art of living but couldn’t continue properly as I had to go through spine surgery . after sometime I started again doing sahaj smadhi and experienced some mysteic experience at physical level like whirling in stomach and shouting loud etc. I felt may be I am not able to withstand energy. few months back I heard of pranic healing from my friend as she told that they teach how to ground your energies too. as I did few courses I found its teachings were very much from gita and bible. though both teach same. Swamiji why is it that I don’t feel satisfied.Though practises from both give me calmness inside why I feel my vices are not reducing. Why same anger for people who have hurt me comes time and time again though reduced much. why I feel something I am missing. and not able to understand it These days it is not possible for everyone to have direct link with guru like yesterday’s but my heart still long to jave someone who guides me like that. Is it because of this I amm not getting what I should from my practices. One more thing on very serious notes can we see krishna as we see others and if yes what should we do for that Please please do answer this as I don’t know whom to ask otherwise

A seeker must study and apply the acquired knowledge in life.
When you keep changing Sadhana practices, your mind will not settle down as each practice takes some time to go deeper within.
For Art Of Living courses, please go to their Ashram for getting the right guidance.
You need to observe keenly what is happening in your mind and around, because that is the ‘self analysis’ of your spiritual growth.
Understand, the world offers challenges so that you become SAMABUDHI in all situations.
Without that, you can not realize your progress.
Blaming will bring more negative energy and make you miserable.
Apply the Anugraha Shakthi of your mind towards all who have hurt you, to bring peace to them and yourself.
You will get your Guru, and you will know it yourself.
(Krishna is not an object of your outer eyes, but an experience of your inner eyes).
