Please tell me is it possible to get rid of our vices through thought process of eradicating them like we take out grass from paddy field.As I have read and heard that we are what we think and thoughts carry forward to next births as sanskaras. so can we get rid of bad sanskaras through some thought process in meditation.Is there any reference in our scripture of externlizing our vices and offering them to lord.If I want to always have a realisation of my higher self what should I do Where in our scripture I can find about how the energy coming from lord passes through our different chakras and our energy bodies and real meaning of inverted tree of life mentioned in geeta
