I am asking this question for my aunt. Her son passed away on 7th june 2013 (rohini nakshathra) at the age of 34. So what all karmas she sould do for the deceased soul of her son for his first death anniversary? is there anything called ‘karinaal’? Kindly please answer this question for the mental satisfaction of my aunt. Awaiting your reply.

Please convey her to chant Mruthumjaya manthram 108 times daily (better in the morning).
I can promise her, if she visualizes her son and chant this mantra she will meet her son in a different place and he will be born as a son in their family.
If she can opt this why should she hold on to ancient beliefs?
Tell her to do namasankeerthan and Annadanam that day, that will a great service to the departed soul because that will provide a positve invitation to that soul to their family.
