Dear Anilji, It is always better to sit on a mat for meditation as the energy created in our body is preserved. HariOm!

As per Bagahavada slokam 49 of Bagavada Mahathmyam chaper 6 sloka 49 says that “do not eat foods made from the homes of those who having pula”. why bagavadham says about pula… you are telling no need to follow pula rituals. please clarify.
