When you constantly think about your problems then you have to suffer; divert your attention by listening or doing some thing so that your mind will forget about your problems. HariOm!
When you do Sadhana you develop inner strength by which you can manage and over come your problems. HariOm!
Though the mind is manifested from divinity it’s (mind) attraction is towards the world; through Sadhana same mind can be dissolved into the divinity. HariOm!

The quality of earth is smell and we can perceive that; similarly space is recognized through sound. HariOm!
To see subtle things we need such instruments. Similarly Bhagavadam and Gita will help you to see the divinity in every one. HariOm!
Our Scriptures never tell, who has to perform what, these are followed by traditions, not scriptural directions. So grow beyond all these rituals, by understanding the real Truth. God (the Truth in every one ) can be realized and utilized by everyone irrespective of gender and age. HariOm!

Dear Ramya, This reply answers many questions from you. The real follower is the real devotee of the Lord. He will never leave his duty till he or she establishes in that. When Arjuna requested Krishna to allow him to leave for Himalaya, he emphasized (in Geeta) on the responsibility.
