Pure vegetarian food with less oil, salt and spices can be taken as Sathwik food. (Refer Bhagavat Geeta chapter 7, slokas 8,9,10). Hariom!

Human mind is superior than all other minds, because it has the intelligence to divert attention from problem to strength. Instead of getting lost in all these kinds of thoughts (Sarpam, Dosham etc.) practise Upasana, Japam, Meditaton etc. You can see the change! HariOm!
Mind has two parts – emotional and intelligent. Intellect has two parts too – subjective and objective. If there is no subjective understanding about ourselves, the mind can not transform itself. Such minds have to continuously experience the continuation of previous birth. Such minds are slaves of their own past

Pandavas represent the positive qualities of mind like happiness, joy, harmony etc. (Refer to Geeta chapter 16). HariOm!
It is not a sin; it is a good act! Hindus do not see divinity in a dead body, because for us, body is like a dress worn by the mind (Jeevathma). HariOm!
