ANSWERS

Pranams Swamiji. Despite doing meditation daily for years on end, I still get angry very soon & violent verbal reaction occurs.I cool off soon after.But the people at the receiving end are hurt & they are the ones who makes my life worth living. What do I do ? Pl advice.I asked this in Janury but was away.Hence I’m repeating it.I also find many pages of your answers are repetitions only- full page in one Q &A only.May be you can look into it for corrections.

Dear Pankaja, You should have a clarity about what you want in life. If you want love, respect and care act accordingly. It can be easily achieved by doing Pranayam, Japam and Meditation regularly. HariOm!

Dear swamiji Recently I have started to do meditation. My problem is that I can’t concentrate on the breathing for longer time. Once or twice I experienced a detached feeling, is it that we should be aiming for? also after sometime, I have the strong urge to open my eyes and wouldn’t be able to meditate any longer. I think it’s because I’m a beginner and hopefully as time passes I would attain high levels of conciousness through meditation.

Pranams Swamiji, I am too much bothered about my husband, always in tension that whether he gets angry on me. We attended your sptaham three weeks ago, also watching T.V. daily. After attending Sptaham I was courageous for two weeks but again loosing confidence. Now I am two months pregnant, always in tension whether he will shout on me in front of our three year old daughter. I am not at all able to satisfy him. If things go like this it will affect my next child also. Please help me

Dear Pavithra, You need to constantly recharge yourself with positive energy. Attend Satsangs, listen to Discourses and Bhajans and chant NamaJapam! This will cleanse your mind from fear. It is good if you openly communicate your problem with your husband if he is receptive. HariOm!

HariOm Swamiji Thank you very much for your advice,not to meditate with CD and now I am practicing meditation without CD and my concentration and relaxation increased a lot. I liked the new upgraded website which is really fabulus! In Edmonton,Canada,only few malayali’s know about your discourses in Asianet.Some of them don’t have Asianet. So I sent the web site Chaithanyaji.org to most of my friends so that they can also read and listen your divine discourses. Now I am listening your new discourses and experiencing a transitional stage in my character, from Dhredharashtrar to Arjuna.I am trying my best to accomplish my goal to transform completely to Arjuna.For that I need your blessings Swamiji.
