Dear Swamiji, Your spiritual discourses are slowly but steadily changing my perspective towards life.Thanks a lot for that!! But i still face a very annoying and frustrating problem of EGO.I don’t like it when somebody cricticises me at home or in public.I keep dwelling on the thoughts of those criticism that i recieved from that person.As a result my mind gets disturbed very Fast.As a matter of fact I get tensed up when somebody makes fun of me be it even my closest friend.My temper flares up immediately and my cheeks and hands start trembling slightly.Though i know that ego is not good for one’s weel being ,i am unable to overcome this nasty problem.I have tried thinking spiritually to overcome this problem,i have also been trying yoga for some time,but still this problem seems deep rooted. Kindly help me swamiji.I am in total disarray with very little peace of mind.Kindly advice me on how to tackle this scenario.
