Dear Geethaji, There are many steps. Start with practicing deep breathing and observe your breath. In the second step chant Hare Rama, Hare Rama… while inhaling and Hare Krishna Hare Krishna while exhaling. Then visualize any form of the Lord and surrender yourself at his feet. Hari Om!
