Dear Jubin, Mind has four functions – manas, budhi, chitham and ahamkaram. Mind is emotional, Budhi is intellectual information, Chitha is accumulated memories and Ahamkaram is the “I”ness in you. HariOm!

dear guruji, my mother’s sister (she is more than a mother to me.She looked after me she loved me more than anyone in this earth.Suddenly she passed away.I feel like I should have done so many things to her,or Ishould have to express more my love to her.I have taken all her love and i didn’t gave her back anything.Now what can I do for her other than traitional rituals.Some people are telling just after the death only the material body is left but spiritual body will be remaining on earth untill all the rituals finished, is it true? I am doing” kriya yoga “.While doing meditation in which way i can help my mother.Is she listening to me when i do that?
